A fully renovated 4 bedroom luxury farm home on 30 acres, the house has views stretching to the width of the Hunter Valley across neighbouring vineyards and backing on to the Broken Back Ranges. Situated in the Broke Fordwich Wine Region, Rosamund House is minutes away from some of the best wineries and cellar-doors in the Hunter Valley. With 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms Rosamund House is ideal for small or large groups. The separate dining area looks out onto the the Broken Back Ranges across a lawn which is the favourite grazing place for wallabies and wombats. With air-conditioning and a wood burning heater the house is comfortable all year round. The large north facing verandah has spectacular views across the Hunter Valley and is big enough for a large group to enjoy a sit down BBQ. The lounge room is equipped with an LCD TV and DVD player. With an extensive collection of books to read and a good collection of games, your stay will be that exact mix of relaxation and fun that you've been looking for.
